i just took a walk;
down to the grocery store, and across that parking lot to my old Sbux to visit some of my old crew… i had a great conversation with them. i thoroughly enjoyed my walk.
i feel enlightened & my mind is now free of all clutter.
[not to mentioned, listened to some of Christina Aguilera’s “Stripped” album, which totally put me in a dance-y mood]
