WiiFit: Helps with burning calories (aerobics) and also toning muscles, building muscle strength, helping with posture/balance (strength training/yoga).
Cutting out unnecessary items in my diet: Sodas, drinks containing high amounts of caffeine or sugar (bye bye, frappuccinos), late night snacks, junk food, etc.
